What does it cost?

Within the UK
We charge delivery of £5.95 for orders up to 25Kg for delivery within most parts of mainland UK. This covers most orders however heavy items are charged according to weight as follows:-

Up to 25Kg £5.95
Over 25Kg to 50Kg £11.90
Over 50Kg to 75Kg £17.85
Over 75Kg to 100Kg £23.80
Over 100Kg delivery charge to be advised.

Delivery costs are confirmed at time of ordering, if your order is over 100Kg you will be informed after you place your order and can then decide if you wish to proceed.

Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 2 - 4 days, once despatched.

Where can I have my goods delivered?
You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home, if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.

How long does it take to despatch my order?
We aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 10 to 14 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock in our shop at Allsorts of Pets but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.

RETURNS

The following products are Non-returnable

Special Order Items
All items ordered in specially, such as those sourced outside our usual stock range, are non-returnable. If you do purchase a 'special order' item you will be informed by email when we process your order.

Clearance Bargains
Clearance bargains are end of line stock and are very competitively priced to clear therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All other returnable items

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed, clearly labeled and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
